THE GAP
Most professionals are never taught how leaders actually prepare presentations.
They're taught to be clear. To be confident. To "know their audience."
But that's not how influential communicators think.
Leaders prepare differently. They think about what the audience needs to believe, not just understand. They think about what action or alignment the presentation needs to create. They structure ideas around strategic priorities, not information flows.
That gap — between information delivery and strategic communication — is what separates presentations that are forgotten from presentations that change what people think, decide, and do.
MOST PROFESSIONALS FOCUS ON
— Sharing updates clearly
— Explaining the details
— Walking through the slides
— Transferring information accurately
LEADERS THINK ABOUT
— How ideas should be framed
— What the audience needs to believe
— What decision or action this creates
— How their thinking is being perceived
In most organisations, presentations don't just communicate — they evaluate. Every time you present, leadership is forming judgements about how you think, how clearly you prioritise, and whether your judgement belongs at a higher level.
Most professionals never factor this in. They prepare to inform. Leaders prepare to be followed.
The result is not simply "better presenting." It's communication that makes ideas clearer, recommendations more persuasive, and leadership presence more visible.
INSIDE THE INTENSIVE
A strategic curriculum built for real professional environments.
This is not a public speaking course. The focus is less on performance, stage presence, or presentation theatrics — and more on how experienced leaders think about and structure presentations in high-stakes professional settings.
The intensive covers six interconnected areas, woven together across a focused 2.5-hour session with discussion, practical application, and live coaching throughout.
01
Strategic Structure
How experienced leaders organise presentations — not around what they want to say, but around what the audience needs to decide. The difference between information architecture and persuasion architecture.
02
Audience Intelligence
How to read a room before you enter it. Mapping stakeholder priorities, unspoken concerns, and the questions your presentation must answer before they're asked.
03
Communicating Complexity
How to translate technical depth, strategic nuance, or complex data into recommendations that land clearly with executive and cross-functional audiences — without losing rigour.
04
Executive Presence in the Room
The difference between presenting information and holding a room. How confident, authoritative communicators prepare to handle questions, manage dynamics, and control the narrative.
05
Framing for Alignment
How the most effective leaders frame recommendations to create alignment rather than resistance — and how to present in a way that makes decision-making easier for everyone in the room.
06
Live Strategic Coaching
Direct feedback on your own upcoming presentations and communication challenges. Personalised coaching in a small-group setting — not generic advice.

LED BY AMIT GRINVALD
Over ten years coaching presentations that shape careers, decisions, and strategic outcomes
I've coached executives preparing to interview for board positions, technical founders learning to translate complexity into conviction, and mid-career managers who were being overlooked — not because of their thinking, but because of how their thinking landed in the room.
The pattern I kept seeing: most people were preparing to explain. The ones who advanced were preparing to be trusted.
That insight is the foundation of everything in this intensive.
My work focuses less on performance and more on strategic communication: helping people structure ideas more clearly, communicate with greater executive presence, and present in a way that builds trust, alignment, and influence.
I've helped professionals prepare for TEDx talks that became TED Editor's Picks, executive presentations that secured strategic alignment, and leadership moments that changed how senior teams perceived the people in the room.
For over a decade, I've worked with professionals from organisations like Microsoft, Deloitte, Rolls-Royce, Red Hat, Google for Startups, and TEDx — across leadership, technical, and executive communication contexts.

What clients say
“Amit is a coach who understands every aspect of speaking based on the environment and situation.
He will analyze your speech, slides, stance, down to individual words that can make you more effective. He doesn't leave a stone unturned to help you become better and achieve better results.
What that shows me is that he cares about getting the best out of each of his clients — but he does it with kindness and grace.”
Stephen Oommen
Executive GTM Leader,
Former Managing Director at Microsoft & Accenture
“Amit has the unique blend of rigor and excellence while maintaining calmness, flexibility, and a human approach to the work he does with his clients. This is unique as most people with exceptionally high standards lose the human touch in what they do - he does not.
He leads himself and others very well under pressure, which makes a big difference.
His approach quickly helped me build confidence, structure, and impact in my speaking.”

QUESTIONS
What you may be wondering
Is this traditional public speaking training?
No. The focus here is strategic communication, not stage presence or presentation performance. The intensive is designed to help you think about presentations the way experienced leaders do — in terms of audience alignment, strategic framing, and the outcomes a presentation needs to create. It's built for professional environments, not podiums.
Who is this designed for?
Senior managers, directors, founders, technical leaders, and ambitious professionals who regularly present in high-stakes environments — executive updates, board presentations, stakeholder proposals, cross-functional strategy sessions. Particularly relevant for professionals who feel their ideas aren't always landing with the weight they deserve.
Is this suitable for technical or specialised roles?
Absolutely. Many of the professionals I work with operate in technical, analytical, or highly specialised environments where communicating complexity clearly is especially critical. The focus is not simplifying your expertise. It's learning to communicate it more strategically to different audiences and stakeholders.
Do I need to present live during the session?
No formal presentation is required. Participants are encouraged to bring a real upcoming communication challenge so the material feels immediately relevant. There will be opportunities for discussion, live coaching, and direct feedback throughout.
Will this help with internal visibility and advancement?
That is often one of the outcomes participants care most about. Presentations shape more than understanding — they shape trust, strategic credibility, and how leadership perceives your judgement. Several clients have gone on to earn promotions, secure buy-in for strategic initiatives, and fundamentally change how they're perceived in leadership environments. A major focus of the intensive is helping you communicate in a way that makes your thinking and leadership presence unmistakably visible.
Is €320 a reasonable investment for this?
Consider what a single high-stakes presentation that lands well can unlock — a promotion, strategic alignment for an initiative you've been pushing for, or a shift in how senior leadership perceives you. The question isn't whether €320 is significant. It's whether the communication patterns you're taking into your next high-stakes presentation are currently costing you more than that.
Why is participation application-based?
Because the session is intentionally small and interactive. The application process is designed to ensure the group is relevant and well-matched — and to help me understand the specific communication challenges participants are navigating, so the session can be as directly applicable as possible.
